This solenoid is expressly designed for application in winch brake drum, to make
sure the stroke-force characteristic is compatible with the wichspring in order to
have highest spring calibration.
Coil support, cable and insulation tape are autoextinguishable and able to work at
high temperature.
In case of failure of one or both the windings, the brake moving part continues to
be free to slide, so the winch brake capability is never compromise even in case
of any brake fail.
Dielectric strenght is tested for all the brake type at 2000 V 50 hz for 1 min.
Dielectric strenght, insulation and impedance tests are executed on 100% of
production parts.
Force test is executed at 90% of supply voltage and operative temperature.
Surface treatment warrants the maximum thermal dissipation and good internal
and external protection from oxidation as for 1000 h of saline
fog.
The solenoid is sound proof in any working
condition.
